Where do I subscribe to receive promotional emails?
A pop up will appear when you land on the Lepel homepage with a box in which to insert your email address. If you don't see this, go to the bottom right of the homepage where you will see 'Join our mailing list'.
How do I find out what materials you use in your products?
Each product description will state the fabric compositions.
Wash Instruction?
Each product will have a care label sewn inside with instructions on how to wash your product. Note, to ensure your bra lasts longer hand washing is the best option.
Where can I find a stockist?
We do not list stockists on our website, but if you contact us at  our customer service team will find a stockist nearest to you.
How much does it cost for postage and packaging?
It is £2.50 to deliver within the UK. For other countries please see our 'Delivery Policy' page.
You don't deliver to my country?
Please contact us at and we will see what we can do to deliver to your country of residence. Depending on your location this might result in a higher delivery price.
I missed the promotional discount period, can I still use the discount code given to me?
Unless stated otherwise, all our discount codes will have a time limit on them. Once the time limit is up the code will not work on our website.
My promotional code is not working.
Please contact  so that we can address this. This may be a technical fault.
My order has arrived damage, what do I do?
Please contact our customer service team  who will take the details and try to resolve the issue.
I've lost my returns/exchange form, how do I return my items?
